Yea, nice "problem" to have. It may not be any factor, but I admire more and more the situation Jeannie put herself into - country living. We are considering moving back to Arizona. Moving to Sacramento was mostly because Dad was still alive. As much as I hate the thought of starting over again, planting tree, all the garden work established, plus so much more "stuff" accumulated in the past 10 years, we still have Natalia and Milan to consider and they will be doing better here than there, probably. Selling now would bring a great profit, but we can't not live somewhere to appreciate the crash and ability to buy something else at the bottom of the market which is what we did in this house. So it's tricky. And how much property can we get in Arizona? No way would we consider a neighborhood development. It would have to be something rural with an independent water source. I think we would have a mini farm and attempt to be 100% self-sustaining with what we grow (not an easy task). But we can't outrun psychopaths like the chem trail makers, or the weather engineered freezes like TX. I already suspect that massive hail storm a month ago was such an event and wiped out most of our flowering fruit trees at that time. Not sure we could live in our motorhome long enough to watch the prices crash. And all the money we get now could be wasted if we see huge inflation. Invest in gold? Not sure about that. And what about the ideas floating around to create communities, similar to the Amish I guess, of sane people in a sea of insanity? Not easy decisions. ________________________________ From: don <>
