There's enough sounds in languages that many words have wildly different meanings in a different language.
On Tuesday, August 27th, 2024 at 8:51 PM, Anyhow, "shiv" meaning "death" makes since a "shiv" in prison kills people. I find it interesting that tha yiddish meaning made its way into prisons.
