Ivan Raiklin was on Jeffrey Prather today and Prather shot some holes into that idea. Who knows how well that'll go. Not sure if a sheriff can arrest people as described. Ivan didn't back off from his statements but acknowledges he needs help and the cooperation of sheriffs. So it's still his idea but we have to help him.
